This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-23-FS-0212 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is for hand-held Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) scanners. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Clause Matrix for details regarding this requirement. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a 1 year single purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than 8/28/2023 at 10:00am EST. Please use attached pricing sheet or your company's quote template to provide pricing. The deadline for quotes are 8/31/2023 at 10:00am EST. Quotes must provide applicable Capability Statement.
