Amended on 6/14/2022- The purpose of this amendment is to change the site visit day to June 21st at 1pm. Amended on 6/17/2022- The purpose of this amendment is to upload Q&A document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-22-TR-0119 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 238340 Tile and Terrazzo Contractors. Please see the attached Statement of Work for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluation. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single time and materials price purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than 6/21/2022 at 10:00am EST. A site survey/walk thru is scheduled for 1:00 pm EDT on June 21,2022. All interested vendors must submit a Request for Access form by 6/14/2022 at 5:00p.m. to Les Abrell at Leslie.D.Abrell@usdoj.gov. Vendors will also have to complete the USMC DBIDS pre-registration process using the below link. https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#!/ The deadline for quotes is 6/24/2022 at 10:00am EST. Quotes must provide applicable Capability Statement. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Naomi.Collier@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
