This RFQ does not commit the government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of a Quote or to award a contract for Installation of Wireless access readers for DEA HQ garage entry points at 600-700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202. This notice is an unrestricted with no set-aside and the associated NAICS code: 561621 and business size standard: $12 MIL 3. This requirement is to Installation of Wireless access readers for DEA HQ garage entry points at 600-700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202. A. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES (SEE ATTACHED) B. Period of Performance: The estimated date: 01/17/2022 - 09/30/2022. C. Location: 600-700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202 D. EVALUATION: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The basis of award will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA), quotes received shall be as all or none basis (Partial quotes are unacceptable). The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability: Ability to meet the Government requirement for a program curriculum stated in Paragraph 3. Price: A single Quote to include all expenses (labor, lodging, travel, materials) This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2022-03 Effective January 1, 2022. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ; quotes are being requested. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The Government anticipates award of a single Purchase Order with fixed unit prices.
