This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-22-CP-0027 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 424990. Please see the attached Statement of Work for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than 6/24/2022 at 10:00am EST. Samples: A sample ribbon should be mailed to Joanna Mlicka-Anderko at 8701 Morrissette Drive Springfield, VA 22152-1080. Samples must be received by the submission deadline. If a quote is submitted without a sample, that quotation will not be evaluated. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of any quotes or samples. The sample product does not need to have any prinited logos. Delivery/Shipping: Vendor must be able to deliver goods to each location by 10/01/2022. Supplies should be shipped to the individual locations as they become available. Addresses and POC information are provided on the attached “Red Ribbon Order 2022 product list. Pricing: Quoted prices should include shipping price for each location. Please see product list for location and quantity. Please see statement of work for dimension, color and style for each product. The deadline for submission is July 1, 2022 at 10:00am EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Naomi.Collier@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
