Are you looking for Commercial Stackable washer/dryer or Commercial Stacked washer/dryer? Yes, we are looking for a factory made stackable washer/dryer (2 pieces) with all the stack hardware made by the washer/dryer manufacturer specific to the washer/dryer quoted. There are no commercial stacked washer/dryer that is below 24". We assume that “stacked” references a one piece washer/dryer which is not what is needed in this application. This is an update to the combined synopsis/solicitation: After speaking with the program office it has been determined that the DBIDS Process and DEA Access Form will not be required until a Vendors quote has been selected. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-21-TR-0214 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 333318 - Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing - Size Standard 1000. Please see the attached Statement of Need for detailed requirement information. You must be an authorized distributor of the products for the items of your submittal. You will be required to provide a letter from the manufacturer stating that you are an authorized distributor of their product. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 06, 2021 at 10:00am EST. The deadline for quotes is July 09, 2021 at 10:00am EST. Quotes must provide applicable Capability Statement, Brochure/Product Details. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
