Line item #5 has been removed from the description of requirement - product list and Line item #7 has been updated to reflect a configuration change. The revised changes in the line items have been updated and referenced in the "REVISED Description of Requirement - Product List". A Brand Name Justification is also attached, as this is a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement. Please include Delivery Lead Time. The Basis for Award: Remains the same - See original RFQ posting below. As a result of the slight requirement change, the close date for this RFQ has been extended to 22 January 2021 @ 10am EST. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Alycia Spears, alycia.spears@usdoj.gov, NLT Tuesday, 01/19/2021 at 10:00 a.m. The Drug Enforcement Administration, Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA) issues this request for quotation (RFQ). Basis for Award: Purchase Order will be awarded to one successful offeror based on the following: a. 100 % of order fill with exact configurations b. Delivery Lead Time c.
