This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Hazardous Waste Disposal Services. The specifications for the disposal service are attached. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13.5. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are included herein. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price – for an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the items listed in the specifications and quantities listed in the schedule under this RFQ 15DDHQ21Q00000024. All sources shall provide ALL OR NONE in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to alicia.l.jones@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is February 03, 2021 at 10 am (EST). Questions & Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
