DEA has the need to replace all existing Electronic Access Control System (ACS) readers to the New York City Office’s existing C-Cure 9000 electronic access control system (ACS). The replacement will cover all reader locations and tied to the existing DEA C-Cure 9000 system. All peripherals should be 100% compatible with the Software House C-Cure 9000 system. At this time we are looking for a full service security systems integrator to provide DEA New York with a quote as outlined in the RFQ attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-21-NY-0104 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluation. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than Aug 4, 2021 at 4:00pmEST to Jennifer.b.jordan@usdoj.gov. The deadline for quotes is Aug 11, 2021 at 3:00pm EST.
