In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition Management (FAC) intends to award a purchase order to Vetted Security Solutions, 4185 35th St N Saint Petersburg, FL 33714 for LPR cameras and LPR systems. In accordance with FAR 13.106-3(b)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Limited Sources Documentation form is approved and signed by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued The solicitation number is D-21-NE-0042 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. The NAICS code is 561621. Standard Size $22,000,000.00. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there are no addenda to the provision. Award is all or none. This RFQ document incorporates the DEA provisions and clauses matrix. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ; quotations are being requested. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at https:www.acquisition.gov. Award Basis is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Contractors that can meet the Government’s requirements for the equipment may submit a quote. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
