All sites are existing PIV card systems and are a 1 for 1 replacement. The existing connectors, box fittings, box tampers, and misc materials are old; may even be from original card readers prior to the 2011 installation of the SWH4600. Contractor shall program all PIV readers on DEA's Software House system. Please contact Amanda VanderVeen if you require a site visit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-21-SD-0059 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 21, 2021 at 4:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is July 28, 2021 at 4:00pm EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Amanda.J.VanderVeen@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
