Answered: "we do not do self-stick or adhesive" This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 14 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 424990 - Size Standard 500 employees. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the items listed on the attached Schedule of Supplies/Services. The Offeror shall include a delivery schedule for all items and locations with the quote. In addition the Offeror shall submit digital proofs of each line item with its quote. Items shall be quoted on an all or none business. Partial quotes will not be accepted. All shipping costs shall be included with the quote. Delivery shall be in accordance with the attached list of addresses and the quantity of items to each location. Delivery of all items shall be no later than September 15, 2021, for USA based goods and October 01, 2021, for overseas based goods. Complete shipments to each location only. Partial shipments are not accepted. FOB Destination. The attached Provision and Clauses are applicable to this requirement. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price Purchase Order. All quotes will be evaluated. Awards will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The deadline for questions is May 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. EST. All questions shall be electronically submitted to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov. All questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. The deadline for quotes is May 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Please provide digital proofs with the quote.
