This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-20-ST-0071 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 334290 - Size Standard 750 employees. Please see the attached documents for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluation. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). DEA specifically requires the mobile devices (cell phones) identified below by make, model and specification. These devices must be new, unlocked, unbranded International GSM devices. The devices must be brand new (no refurbished or reconditioned devices) and cannot be locked to a mobile carrier (carrier agnostic). The devices must not bear any carrier branding (text/print, labeling, logos, jingles, chimes, etc.) either physically on the device, or in the form of software contained on the device. (Note: Manufacturer branding is acceptable; i.e. Apple, Samsung, Motorola). The devices must be International GSM devices capable of receiving service worldwide when equipped with a supported carrier SIM card of that region. All devices must be delivered within 30 days of award. Anticipated award date: March 24th, 2020 Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 19th, 2020 at 12:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is March 20th, 2020 at 3:00pm EST.
