The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a firm fixed purchase order for a ThermoScientific ARL Quant’X EDXRF Spectrometer and components with the delivery NLT April 1, 2021. This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. This announcement constitutes as a RFQ; quotes are being requested. This is a “Brand Name” requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106(b)(1). All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. All interested sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on (1) delivery of the items offered to meet the Government’s requirement and (2) price. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this Request For Quotation (RFQ), if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not be accepted. Questions are due no later than September 8, 2020 at 10:00am est. No additional questions will be accepted after this date and time. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation. Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable/delivery. Award is ALL or NONE/BRAND NAME ONLY.
