Contact Info Below *** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for fence panel installation. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4 – Federal Supply Schedules. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are included herein. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation factors other than price include: Delivery – providing the products in accordance with the attached specifications and all the quantities referenced in the schedule (Section 2) under this RFQ 15DDHQ20Q00000072. Offerors’ shall also provide an estimated lead-time for the requested supplies which will also be evaluated. Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price – for an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the items listed in the specifications and quantities listed in the schedule under this RFQ 15DDHQ20Q00000072. All sources shall provide ALL OR NONE in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. NO PARTIAL ORDERS/SHIPMENTS will be accepted. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to Agnes Winokaur adwinokur@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is June 16, 2020 at 10 AM (EST). Questions & Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
