This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for destruction services. The Statement of Work for the services required can be found in Exhibit 1 of this solicitation. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13.303-1. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are included herein. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation factors other than price include: Proximity – the facility should be located near DEA border offices. Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price – for an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the service listed in the schedule under Schedule of Supplies and Services RFQ 15DDHQ20Q00000046. All sources shall provide ALL OR NONE in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to alicia.l.jones@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is May 3, 2020 at 10 AM (EST). Questions & Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
