The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with LAZ Parking, LTD, LLC located at 15 Lewis St, FL 5 Hartford, CT 06103, for the acquisition of law enforcement personnel parking spaces at the Atlanta Field Division, Centennial Yards Lot A. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government’s requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 812930, Parking Lots and Garages. The business size standard is $41.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is January 30, 2020 at 11:00 A.M.
