Request For Quote (RFQ) Number: D-19-SI-0157; for Nlyte Upgrade to V10. This procurement is an 8(a) set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 - Software Publishers. The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 Million. Delivery and acceptance will be FOB Destination at the Drug Enforcement Administration, 13964 Park Center Road, Herndon, VA 20171. The Period of Performance is 6/1/2019 - 2/28/2020. The attached Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this procurement. The government intends to issue a competitive firm fixed price Purchase Order. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method.
