Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various fabrics to support inmate clothing production at the Federal Correctional Institution in Oakdale, LA. The requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of 1,000 employees. UNICOR intends to award a five-year, fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one base year and four option years, which will include an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause. The contractor must maintain Vendor-Managed Inventory at their own location and Consignment Inventory at the FCI Oakdale facility. All supplies must comply with the requirements of the Buy American Act.
