This contract will have an Economic Price Adjustment for the following commercial item(s): Berry Amendment Leather, fullgrain- chrome-tanned for use in manufacturing gloves, men's and women's, leather, light duty. The North American Industry Classification System code is 316110, Leather and Hide Tanning and Finishing. The finished products are for sale to the DLA Troop Support (Defense Logistics Agency) for wear by military personnel of the DoD with utility uniforms. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses; small business size standard for this solicitation is 800 employees.
