This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is 1000 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter a three (3) year, fixed-price, requirements contract with one (1) base year and two (2) option years, and with an Economic Price Adjustment for the following commercial item(s): Berry Amendment Rolled Cloth for use in the production of the Army Shirt for DLA. This cloth must meet Berry Amendment requirements. The non-manufacturer rule applies.
