This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED / Large and Small businesses are permissible. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a five (5) year (total with options) firm fixed price requirements type contract with one (1) base year and 4 (4) option years contract for the following commercial item(s): ISO Certifications for various FPI factory locations. All items will be awarded to one offeror.
