UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a five (5) year fixed price requirements type contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years contract for the following commercial item(s): Fabric for All Purpose Trucks for sale to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
