This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial item(s): Sheeting material, 5 types, for use in manufacturing bedding sheets and pillow cases at UNICOR's Terre Haute facility. The finished products are for sale to federal government agencies. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2316-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210, Broadwoven Fabric Mills. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract. Materials from all countries will be accepted except for those listed in FAR 52.225-13, Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases. These items can be sourced from any country that is not included on the sanctioned list included in FAR Part 52.225-13. An updated list of these countries can be found at https://home.treasury.gov/policy-issues/office-of-foreign-assets-control-sanctions-programs-and-information. Material originating from Non-TAA countries not on current sanction list are permissible for purposes of this RFP.
