The quilted lining is for use in manufacturing inmate jackets and coats for sale to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business and will result in a three (3) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with one (1) base year and two (2) option years, and with an EPA clause.
