This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2312-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated 07/12/2021. The North American Industry Classification System code is 314999 (All other miscellaneous textile product mills). This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a THREE (3)year, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the following commercial item(s): GLINT TAPE-BERRY COMPLIANT. The finished goods are for sale to the Defense Logistics Agency/DLA.
