TERMS OF DELIVERY ARE F.O.B. DESTINATION TO: Lines 1-17 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. Old NC 75N Butner, NC 27509 Lines 18-34 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. 8301 Highway 521 Salters, SC 29590 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2311-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332510, Hardware Manufacturer. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with two (2) one-year options if exercised, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Various Buckles and Rings for the Molle 4000 Backpack. The finished goods are for sale to the Department of Defense (DOD). Contract award term is one year base. However, the government reserves the right to extend the contract by exercising future option years. Any future options shall be negotiated and agreed to bi-laterally. Option prices shall be negotiated by both parties based on the Producer Price Index taken from the North American Industry Classification System code 332510, Hardware Manufacturer. This solicitation could be a multiple award. SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR A SMALL BUSINESS. This requirement is 100% USA Domestic Only. No Foreign Made Items are Acceptable. THE BERRY AMENDMENT (10 U.S.C 2533A) IS APPLICABLE.
