The solicitation number is CT2304-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System code is 339993, fastener, button, needle, and pin manufacturing. This requirement is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with two (2) one-year options if exercised, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): buttons, various types, for use in manufacturing military clothing and non-military clothing. The finished products are for sale to the DLA Troop Support (Defense Logistics Agency), the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and other federal agencies.
