This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2301-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 dated 03/10/2021. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313220 Narrow Fabric Mills. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees.UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with two (2) one-year options if exercised, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the following commercial item(s): Webbing. The finished goods are for sale to the Defense Logistics Agency/DLA. Any resulting contract will NOT contain an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause. The solicitation allows for a firm-fixed pricing on Base Year, Option Year 1, and Option Year 2. Take this into consideration when determining and submitting your price proposal for a multi-year contract. ALL ITEMS WILL BE AWARDED TO ONE OFFEROR. FAILURE TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ON ALL ITEMS MAY PREVENT AN OFFER FROM BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Price evaluation will be based on the sum of the total extended price of the line items.
