This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2296-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with four (4) one-year options if exercised, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Cloth, Waterproof, Weather Resistant - High strength, dimensionally stable and Cold temperature flexibility, flame retardant. The finished goods are for sale to the General Services Administration (GSA) for end-use by Department of Defense agencies and departments.
