This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the beta.SAM.GOV website, Contract Opportunities. The solicitation number is CT2281-20 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313220 narrow fabric mills, the SBA small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a three (3) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with an EPA clause for the following commercial items: Fastener Tapes, Hook and Loop, Synthetic, various types, for use in the manufacture of Army ACU coat, OCP coat and UCP jacket. The finished combat uniforms are for sale to the Defense Logistics Agency/DLA Troop Support.
