This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CO304-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a 2 year, firm-fixed-price, definite quality/definite delivery contract for the following commercial item(s): Inventory Record Accuracy Improvement Design SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR anticipates awarding to an accredited University or College with systems engineering research and development degree programs and the ability to partner with industrial corporations.
