The scope of this Statement of Work is for the Contractor to provide senior-level consulting in the SAP Security Role Administration. The contractor will provide project management and administration expertise in the area of Security Role Administration. The contractor will configure roles and authorization for FPI SAP systems. The Contractor will assist and advise on the current Federal Prison Industries (FPI) SAP S4Hana PFCG configuration and all SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, to include FPI third party interfaces. The Contractor is required to assist with securing Inmate access in the SAP environment, including to an upgraded SAP S/4 HANA system. The Contractor will be required to provide guidance and knowledge transfer to current FPI staff. The scope of this task order is for the Contractor to assist FPI with current configurations of the FPI SAP system as well as provide senior-level knowledge of a modules in use by FPI such as Production Planning, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Payroll or General Ledger. The Contractor must assist FPI with business processes that pertain to the FPI SAP system, including FPI business processes in the relevant modules and/or Third Party Interfaces. Contractor must assist with configuration of SAP in a corrections environment for inmate security. The Contractor will assist in the testing, configuration changes that may come with upgrades and patching. The Contractor is required to provide knowledge transfer to current FPI staff.
