This is a justification notice for other than full and open competition, not a solicitation. It covers comprehensive medical services for the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC Los Angeles). The current incumbent, IMS, INC, will continue providing these essential healthcare services to inmates. Monthly purchase orders will be issued until a new contract is in place. The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
