The Government will evaluate all responses and determine if the pool of interested Small Business vendors is capable of fulfilling this requirement. The Government does not intend to rank submitted capabilities. Submission Instructions: Responses via e-mail are due March 31, 2023 to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and must include the information requested below. Please limit capability statement to 10 pages. Late responses will not be accepted. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain any questions.
