This is not a request for quotes or offers and no contract will be awarded in conjunction with responses received to this particular announcement. ITEMS DESCRITPTION: 1) 1-04-01 DataTrap II Data/VOD Recorder QTY (1) 2) 1-04-03 DataTrap II VOD Upgrade QTY (1) 3) 1-04-04 DataTrap II Enhanced Memory Upgrade from 128MB to 256MB QTY (1) 4) 1-04-05 DataTrap II Maximum Memory Upgrade from 256 MB to 512 MB QTY (1) If you are interested in providing the MREL VOD Recorder in accordance with listed items above you are requested to submit a capability statement which addresses at a minimum, the questions presented within this announcement. The Government will evaluate all responses and determine if the pool of interested Small Business vendors is capable of fulfilling this requirement. The Government does not intend to rank submitted capabilities. Please limit capability statement to 10 pages. Late responses will not be accepted. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain any questions.
