The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) solicits your quote to safely and properly handle wastes regulated under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) including furnishing on site labor, supplies and materials for the proper characterization, management, removal and disposal of regulated wastes, as defined in section 2.0. These services are primarily for the FBI Quantico Complex, referred herein as “Quantico” located at 1 Range Road, Quantico, Virginia 22135. This delivery/task order does not include the collection of waste from the FBI Laboratory Division nor the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) located at Quantico. This is a solicitation for a firm fixed price delivery/task order.
