The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford Wisconsin is seeking quotes for solicitation 3B19 for the provision subsistence for Third Quarter, FY-19 (3B19). Deliveries can commence on Monday April 1, 2019 and are to be completed by Friday April 26th 2019. Deliveries which arrive after April 26, 2019 will be refused, and sent back at shipper's expense. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 1st 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. This solicitation is issued as 100% set-aside for small business. Quotes are due March 15th, 2019 3:00 PM CT. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Non-compliance with SAM registration will result in disqualification of the vendor's quotation. Items which do not meet specification will be returned to the vendor at their expense. The specifications MUST be exact as to the RFQ sheets attached to the posting listed on the FBO notification. Questions regarding whether items meet specification can be submitted via the FBO web site *NOTE* Items which are late, missing, and not to specification will be noted, and future award probability may be jeopardized. Contractor performance will be logged, and non-compliant vendors will be considered for submission to the SBA for Certificate of Competency. All freight must be FOB Destination. All pricing must be good for 30 days beyond last delivery date. The anticipated date of award is March 25th 2019. Winning quotors will be notified via their contact information as provided on the RFQ packets. Items which are shipped under specified weights should be no shorter than 5% per FAR 11.701(a) and in accordance with FAR 52.211.17, Delivery of Excess Quantities. Excess quantities shall not be shipped. Hours of delivery are Monday through Friday 8 AM until 2:30 PM. Deliveries after 2:30 PM may be rejected if warehouse staff doesn't believe there is adequate time to ferry all pallets from rear gate to the warehouse dock before 3 PM. Orders should be considered fill or kill if there is doubt as to whether or not items won will be available in time for prompt shipment to the facility. *All quotors should be aware that orders $10,000.00 or less will be placed on the Government purchase card.* Submissions must be sent to the following: E-mail: tgreiner@bop.gov Late submissions will not be accepted.
