This will be awarded under FAR Part 12 and Far Part 13. This will be awarded by September 30, 2022 subject to availability of funds. The WFO Facilities Management Unit (FMU) manages the field office's facility portfolio and it's five satellite locations, provides logistics and services at all locations, while working with/through FBIHQ Finance and Facilities Division, General Services Administrative Local Property Manager(s) and Peterson Property's to ensure all maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The project design has been approved by Finance and Facilities Division (FFD). The Contractor shall Relocating the access point of two (2) offices located on the 5th floor within the executive suites, northwest corner of the WFO building: Coordinating Supervisory Special Agent (CSSA): Office # 530B and Senior Supervisory Intelligence Analyst (SSIA): office # 527. 8030: remove customer service counter and dividing wall, relocate the entry point to an adjacent office with 8031B so that office will then become office 8030A, 8032- New entry point created within 8031, will become 8032B.
