The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award a contract for an Uninterruptible Power Supply System (UPS) and the associated installation and electrical services required for its function. This solicitation is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Please see attached statement of work for hardware requirements and full details on required services. Due to the immediate need for this requirement to be completed, only vendors with appropriate personnel holding an approved Limited Background Investigation shall be considered. Personnel must be available to begin work within 14 days of award, and thus must have prior approval for escorted access into secure FBI space. Award will be based upon lowest price technically acceptable. Proposals must be submitted via email to jmknight@fbi.gov by 5:00pm EST on August 23, 2019. Any proposals received after that will not be considered.
