The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to procure a set of shelving and racks, with Equipto as the brand requirement, for the Los Angeles Field Office (LAFO). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and is a small business set-aside. LAFO currently has these products in place, and is in need of expanding their storage capacity. To ensure safety and compatability, only this brand is acceptable. Please see attachments for full justification and list of requirements. The delivery location does have a loading dock. Award will be based upon lowest price technically acceptable. Proposals shall be emailed to jmknight@fbi.gov by 5:00pm EST on 8/23/19. Any proposals received after that will not be considered.
