The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to legally dispose of the old pumps and install new base-mounted, double-suction split-case centrifugal pumps meeting specific performance and efficiency standards. The total project timeline must not exceed 250 calendar days from the notice to proceed, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
