THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE. This request for information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this RFI or the Government’s use of such information. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. It is the intent of the Contracting Officer to use this for market research purposes only. DESCRIPTION: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Justice has a requirement for an Operations and Maintenance contract at two off-site locations at Lakehurst, New Jersey and West Point, New York. The contractor will be asked to inspect, test and maintain with a service agreement for the all equipment and its’ components in accordance with the operation and maintenance guidelines. This contract will also need to include a service line to address any after hours and emergency services required to get the failed equipment systems back in operation. NAICS Code: 561210 The FBI anticipates awarding a single award effort for both locations. Interested organizations should submit the following in electronic format: A synopsis of the company’s capability related to this RFI. Respondents must include the following information with their statement of capability: Company name, address, telephone number, a point of contact with e-mail address, Federal Cage Code, Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), business size, and security clearance level. Company shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.Gov Business designation such as Women Owned Small Business, Hubzone, Small Business or Large Business etc.. Electronic files should be in MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or PDF format. All information should be UNCLASSIFIED material only.
