The draft P... SUMMARY: This Request for Information (RFI) is for an acquisition for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Pocatello, Idaho. The proposed NAICS Code for this requirement is 561210. The draft Preliminary SOW requires facility and operations and maintenance services for multiple buildings located in the Bannock County, Idaho area. Support includes predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, service requests and work orders. Contractor activities include the procurement of PM materials, replacement parts, or complete equipment replacement units. The support involves 24 x 7 x 365 O & M of all mission critical mechanical and electrical systems, to include immediate response to any system malfunction or failure. PURPOSE: Responses to this RFI will be utilized to determine and to identify all potential and eligible sources (small and large). In addition, this notice is to determine industry's ability and past performance in supplying facility operations and maintenance related services. This requirement is a follow-on to an existing contract. The Government intends to continue the core SOW support requirements as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract type. As such, the Government desires specific industry feedback on whether the draft Preliminary SOW includes sufficient information for interested firms to confidently develop a competitive FFP proposal. Additional details are provided in the Draft Preliminary SOW that will be further developed and formulated after receiving responses and feedback from industry vendors. The actual solicitation will include walkthroughs of the facility prior to bidding.
