This is a Pelco brand name requirement to ensure interoperability with existing systems. Only this brand will be accepted to ensure all items procured under this contract will be fully compatible with the existing Pelco equipment. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a full list of the goods and services to be provided. All hardware and installation components must be quoted. Installation services must be performed by a certifed Pelco Video Expert technician. This work will require access to secure FBI space, and all technicians granted access to perform work must have an existing clearance. This is a time-sensitive requirement and the period of performance will begin immediately following award. All goods must be delivered and installed within 90 days of award. Award will be based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. To be deemed technically acceptable, all goods listed on the SOW must be quoted. The goods must be specifically identified in the quote to allow for proper technical evaluation. Quotes may be issued with line by line detailed pricing or one total price. The proposed technician(s) who will perform the services must be identified for verification by FBI that they possess a current clearance for access. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in the quote being deemed not technically acceptable.
