UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, is seeking information from potential contractors to provide space planning and design services for its Office Furniture Group product line. The contractor will be responsible for design, project management, and customer communication for projects across the Continental United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other OCONUS locations. Services include site visits within 72 hours of a task order, initial drawings within 10 calendar days, and final bills of materials within 10 days of customer approval. Pricing is based on workstation count and region, with no charge for projects of 5 workstations or fewer, and OCONUS work will be reimbursed for travel costs per GSA rates. The contract is intended to be a single award, and all designers must be NCIDQ qualified and pass security requirements.
