The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates the need for a firm-fixed-price contract for temporary services for a Special Education Instructor at FCC Lompoc located at 3901 Klein Blvd, Lompoc, CA 93436. The following brief synopsis should not be considered inclusive of work required. The requirement is for a Special Education Instructor for a temporary services contract. The requirement is anticipated to require 24 sessions per month scheduled between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. Each session will be equal to one hour. This requirement will be for 120 working days with a unilateral option of a second 120 working day within a 24 month period. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 561320 with a corresponding small business size standard of $27.5 million. To be considered an interested vendor, you must meet the small business standard for this NAICS code in your System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The FBOP is seeking small businesses for this project. Interested contractors are requested to respond to this notice by adding their names to the Interested Vendors List for this posting in FedBizOpps.gov (must be logged-in to your vendor account).
