THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR INVITATION FOR OFFERORS TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS. THIS NOTICE WILL BE POSTED FOR A MINIMUM OF 15 DAYS PRIOR TO POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B30620Q00000012 for the award of a requirements, firm fixed-price contract entitled Inmate Cable Television Services at Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Guaynabo. MDC Guaynabo is a federal correctional facility located at 652 Road 28 Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. 00965. The contract consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, installation, and provide continuous cable services for the incarcerated population at MDC Guaynabo during the contract period. See the Specifications attachment included with the solicitation posting (to be issued later as described herein) for the complete requirements of the work. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and four (4) one (1) year option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the government. The solicitation will be available approximately on or about March 6, 2020. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.beta.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available. The website provides download instructions.
