The Federal Bureau of Prisons, USP Canaan, Waymart, PA anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the the cleaning and preventative maintenance on (19) medium voltage switchgears. The successful contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, tools and materials to complete the project per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This project is set aside small business and will be a best value award. Evaluation factors are price, past performance, lead time, and technical with lead time being the most important. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is November 22nd, 2023 at 10:00am. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered and active on the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov at time of bid closing. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
