The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue a solicitation for Boneless Chicken and Ovenable French Fries for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA 18472. The acquisition is set aside small business. Terms are FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors are price, past performance, lead time, and technical with past performance and lead time far more important than price. Items must meet the full specifications listed. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 21st, 2022 and will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website.
