The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation 15B21521Q00000029, for the acquisition of bread items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is set aside small business. Terms are FOB Destination with weekly delivery during the months of April through June only. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with all three being equal. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 25, 2021 and will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
